Training for HR Teams and HR Directors
The most expensive HR system doesn't work if the team can't use it.
Training the HR team gives the business one of the strongest effects: processes start working in the hands of people inside the company instead of depending on an external consultant.
I teach what I applied myself as HR Director: hiring and onboarding, building KPIs and incentive systems, HR analytics and how to talk to the owner and managers in numbers.

Questions
Common questions about this service
What's the training format?
It's hands-on work on your company's tasks, not lectures: we go through your processes, numbers and situations. The format and duration are agreed per task — from a short session to a program of ongoing support for the HR team.
Who is the training for?
HR specialists and HR leaders, as well as department heads who need to understand hiring, onboarding and KPIs. A separate track is support for a first-time HR Director.
Why train HR if you can just order the service?
Because the system has to work after I leave. Training the HR team is what makes a project's result last: in a manufacturing project, more than 2,000 employees went through the training system, and the in-house team ran it.
