01Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Pismennaya Aleksandra Igorevna, HR consultant, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (the "Operator"). This policy applies to the website humanresources.uz and has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data".

02What data is collected
Only what you enter in the request form yourself:
- name and phone number (required fields);
- email address, company name, selected service and message text (optional).
Together with the request, technical details about where it came from are saved automatically: the page on the site, the referring website and advertising tags (UTM).
To protect against spam, the IP address the form was sent from is recorded temporarily. It is used only to limit the number of requests in a row and is deleted automatically once that limit expires (within 24 hours at most).
03Why and on what basis
The data is needed to contact you about your request, discuss your task, and prepare and fulfil a proposal for cooperation.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting the form. The data is not used for mailings without separate consent, is not sold and is not passed to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
04Where and for how long it is stored
Requests are stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent). The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and only the Operator has password-protected access to the requests.
- Requests that did not lead to cooperation, and spam, are anonymized automatically after 12 months: the name, contact details and text are deleted.
- Other requests are kept for as long as needed to work with you, or until you ask for them to be deleted.
05Telegram notifications
The Operator learns about a new request from a notification in the Telegram messenger. The notification contains only the request number, the name, the selected service and the referral source. The phone number, email, company and message text are not sent to Telegram.
06Analytics and cookies
To understand how the site is used, web analytics services may be applied: Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel. They use cookies and collect anonymized information: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and referral source.
The contents of the request form fields are not recorded by these services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site and the form will keep working.
07Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data of yours is stored;
- ask to have it corrected, its processing restricted, or deleted;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
